Construction of a 2-line water treatment plant at the Sulaymaniyah location for the production of deionised water with the following equipment:
- Multilayer filter
- Activated carbon filter
- 2-pass reverse osmosis system
- Electrodeionisation
The system has a capacity of 50 m³ / h of ultrapure water (2 x 50 = 100 m³ / h). In addition to conductivity and silica, the sodium content is also measured at the outlet.
In addition, a CIP cleaning station, process water treatment (Q = 2 x 2.5 m³ / h) and various dosing stations were installed:
- NaOCl dosing station for chlorination
- Antiscalant dosing station
- Hydrochloric acid dosing station for pH adjustment
- SBS dosing station for dechlorination
- NaOH dosing station for CO2 binding
