Evonik Degussa

The deionised water for product water and boiler feed water is obtained from stream and river water. After flocculation filtration (aluminum salts) through a multi-layer filter (3-line), deionised water is produced using 2-line demineralisation (floating bed process) with a CO2 trickle and mixed-bed filter.
