Ultrafiltration, 2-pass reverse osmosis system, electrodeionisation. The system has a capacity of 15 m³ / h of ultrapure water (2 x 15 = 30m³ / h). In addition to conductivity, the silica is also measured at the outlet.
In addition, a rinsing water / CEB / CIP cleaning station including dosing stations was installed.
