The project involves comprehensive energy and process engineering upgrades to the indoor and outdoor pool complex. Energy and heat supply will be sustainably optimised with PV and PVT systems, heat pumps, a pellet boiler, a new indoor pool ventilation unit, and thermal replacement of the upper-floor window façades. Electrical installations, including the transformer and emergency lighting, will be renewed, all lighting (building, outdoor, car park and underwater) converted to LED, electronic shower panels installed, and a well-water irrigation system constructed. Pool water systems will include automation of the outdoor pool water treatment, replacement of circulation, attraction and booster pumps with high-efficiency models, and renewal of filter media, filter vessels and heat exchangers. Pool covers (lap pool and warm pool), relining of the children’s pool and balance tank, and upgrades to the chlorine gas and switchgear systems complete the works.
