For the forward-looking new build of the Styrian Economic Chamber, GWT was responsible for the entire building services (HVAC). The sustainable energy concept is based on a highly efficient geothermal system with 30 deep boreholes. Brine-to-water heat pumps provide both heating and cooling for the office complex.
